WHY WE BEGAN
Founded in Thailand and connected globally, SOL cultivates changemakers by equipping them with the mindset, skills, and community needed to create real, lasting change.
SOL was born from a belief that addressing today’s complex challenges requires a new kind of leadership, one rooted not in titles, but in heart, depth, and purpose. We believe leadership begins within: through character development, a strong sense of identity, and meaningful connection with others.
Through immersive, real-world experiences such as practicum projects, community engagement, and intentional mentorship, we support young people as they explore their purpose, grow through challenge, and discover how to lead in ways that are authentic and impactful.

Our programs are built on lived experience. Every project is a living classroom and every challenge an opportunity to lead with purpose, from education equity to climate resilience to social justice, guided by expert mentors and impact-driven partners.

WHO ARE WE?
Behind every learning experience at SOL is a team of educators, learning designers, mentors, and changemakers committed to walking the journey with young leaders, not just designing it.
We come from diverse backgrounds but share one belief: that leadership rooted in character, clarity, and courage can reshape the future. We are facilitators. We listen deeply, co-create with care, and hold space for young people to grow into their full potential on their own terms.
SUPPORTED BY KHON THAI FOUNDATION
Khon Thai Foundation builds a collaborative ecosystem for social impact. It acts as an enabler, coordinating networks and partnerships across the private, public, academic, and media sectors to tackle challenges in education, healthcare, environment, and good governance.
One of its enabling initiatives is Collaboration for Good Society (CFGS), which creates opportunities for organizations and active citizens to join forces in social development, through the Good Society Day event, the Changemakers for Good Society community, and the Impact Leaders Program.
