Partnership & Strategy
A strategist, builder, and educator at heart, Viria brings global leadership experience across tech, education, and social innovation. From Meta to IDEO.org and Stanford to Harvard, she combines systems thinking with a deep belief in human potential. As a founding voice behind SOL, she steers our partnership development and growth with clarity and care.
Kah Wei Yoong
Learning Experience & Operations
With a background in learning design from Singapore’s ed-tech sector and service leadership across Southeast Asia, Kahwei brings a sharp eye for detail and a systems mindset to everything she builds. At SOL, she leads curriculum development and operations, translating vision into meaningful, scalable learning experiences.
May Sripatanaskul
Program Design
May is a pioneer in design thinking and purpose-driven innovation in Thailand. As founder of LUKKID and a Stanford d.school-trained facilitator, she brings heart-centered leadership and deep expertise in experiential program design. At SOL, she shapes learning journeys that unlock real impact.
Kanokwan Chowsri
Community & Ecosystem Building
Baitoey is a systems connector with deep roots in Thailand’s education and social sector. From Unilever to Yuvabadhana and the Khon Thai Foundation, she has bridged public–private partnerships with purpose. At SOL, she nurtures our ecosystem and keeps our work grounded in collaboration and community.
Chinphanee Sukawatano
Learning & Engagement
With a background in global education, consulting, and innovation strategy, Jinny brings a thoughtful, research-informed approach to supporting both mentors and learners. She shapes meaningful learning journeys behind the scenes, facilitating engagement, offering responsive support, and helping everyone in our community feel seen, guided, and empowered.
Thanaporn Lam
Visual Storytelling & Design
Nuknik is a designer and architect with a passion for crafting immersive experiences that bridge design, culture, and education. At SOL, she leads the design of our visual identity and learning environments, making sure each touchpoint resonates with clarity, purpose, and emotional impact.
